Return Policy


Retail order cancellations can be made via email within 2 days of order being placed. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return. Charges are not made until the order ships. If products should arrive damaged please contact us immediately via phone 314-440-5475 or via email


Wholesale order cancellations must be submitted in writing 14 days prior to ship date. Charges will be placed at the time of shipment. Orders placed via email, over the phone, and online are expected to be fulfilled within 7 days, therefore, cancellations must be in writing 1 day after order is submitted to allow us time to stop production. All discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returns accepted only on damaged products. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customized products are not eligible for return.
